Burn Boot Camp

I took advantage of the 7 day free trial & I'm glad I did. I love Burn. The trainers are awesome & full of positive energy. I love the music selection & the enthusiasm of each trainer.The atmosphere is welcoming & motivating. All of the members are nice, helpful & encouraging. I didn't think twice about joining. Whatever the cost I was going to make a way. It's all worth the investment.

I am deeply disappointed in the way I was treated by this "community." On October 24th, I ruptured my Achilles Tendon doing "Tarantula Jumps" during a Burn class. I returned on October 26th with a note from my orthopedist that substantiated the injury and the length of time I would need for recovery. I left the note with a lady at the front desk who was holding a small infant (no more than 6 months old). Since that time, I have had surgical repair (11/2) and I have called no less than 4 times, left 3 voice messages, and sent two emails. NO ONE has contacted me back. I had not intended to leave the gym, just pause the membership (that I prepaid for a year) until I was cleared by my health professional to return. How do you expect someone to want to remain part of your community when *this* is how you treat someone just for being injured?! You should be absolutely be ashamed of yourselves!

Everything and everyone have been fantastic! I came in on the 7 day trial and was ready to join on day 2, my only hold back was me and could I really commit. I'm pushing myself to get there and the instructors do the rest. Excellent program.

Classes are great! I enjoyed working out here. I only give 2 stars because when I was going here I would sometimes bring my baby. One day I peeked in the window to see how he was doing. At 8 months old he was left on the couch by himself bawling his eyes out and the person in charge that day was standing across the room looking at him as if she was disgusted. If he would have fallen off the couch she wasn’t close enough to catch him. I did notice that he only cried the entire time with this particular caregiver and not with the other caregivers. It definitely rubbed me the wrong way! One of the main things that attracted me here was that child-watch is inclusive and of course the intense work outs. Unfortunately, this one incident did it and ruined it for me and that was my last day at Burn!

Love this place! The trainers are amazing and know what they are doing for sure!! The environment is welcoming and the people there too.
